A centralized quality control & analytical research laboratory has been set up to meet the domestic & international quality standards.
There are two different sections in this division:
   1- Microbiological control
   2- Physico – chemical control
Main tasks are as follow:
Having done microbiological & physico - chemical tests on all packaging materials, APIs, excipients that are being used in the plant and finished products as the result of manufacturing process. Also, there are more tests that are being done like IPQC, tests on consuming water, sampling from raw materials & production lines, preparing the needed documents for the whole procedures that are related for the mentioned tests. We have a well-equipped laboratory with all necessary facilities like HPLC, UV spectrophotometer & ... .

The KMP Company is one of the leading companies in the field of contract manufacturing and has produced more than 70
under license or contract drugs over the past 10 years. In order to increase the quality of service delivery to contracting
companies, the company has started to create specialized parts of contract manufacturing, including:
   1- Manufacturing contracts management Department
   2- Special technical pharmacist for manufacturing contracts
   3- Engineering and technical support department and consulting of manufacturing contracts

The semi-solid production department of KMP Company, with the possibility of producing various types of emulsion, gel (dermal and vaginal), cream, ointment (dermal and vaginal), by advanced manufacturing equipment, is an important part of the company's production.
The company, with its specialized equipment and professional experts, is able to offer these facilities to applicant companies, due to its high production capacity.

The cosmetic section of this factory is well-equipped with modern machines that produce a wide range of cosmetic products
including body & hair sprays, foam shampoos, creams, gels, air fresheners, roll-on, wet towel and sachet, which are packed
in various packaging forms and volumes.

The KMP´s Solids Production section is one of the major parts of the company that manufactures products in form of tablets
and capsules. This section includes granulation, tablet press, coating, blistering, capsule filing and packaging.
All manufacturing spaces in this section are clean rooms that conforms with GMP principles.

The well-equipped warehouse of raw & packaging materials and finished products with a total area of 1500 m is fully protected according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health Continuous control of warehouse specifications like temprature, pressure, humidity & ... by QC.
Control of input and output of raw and intermediate materials and final products according to FEFO.
