Common side effects :
T-Those indicating need for medical attention:
• Incidence less frequent:
Dysarthria, dyspnea, extrapyramidal symptoms, flulike symptoms, leukopenia, orthostatic hypotension, peripheral edema, skin rash.
• Incidence rare:
Changes in lenses of eyes.galactonhea , hypothyroidism, hypotension, menstrual changes, neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS), seizures, tachycardia.
2-Those indicating need for medical attention only if they continue or are bothersome:
• Incidence more frequent.
Constipation,dizziness drowsiness, , dry mouth. dyspepsia,increased weight.
Incidence less frequent:
Abdominal pain, abnormal vision, anorexla, asthenla, headache, hypertonia, Increased sweating palpitation, pharyngitis,rhinitis.
Common side effects of drug interactions:
• Combinations containing any of the following medications, depending on the amount present, may also interact with this medication:
Alcohol or CNS depression-producing medications.
• Antihypertensive agents (hypotensive effects of these medications may be enhanced)
Cimetidine.
Cytochrome P450 3A(CYP3Alisoenzyme inhibitors, such as:Clarithromycin, Diltiazem, Erythromycin Auconazole, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole Nefazodone, verapamli.
Dopamine agonists or Levodopa
Enzyme inducers, hepatic ,cytochrome P450
Lorazepam.
Thloridazine .
